Bestellingen worden dezelfde dag verzonden als deze vóór 16:00 zijn besteld en worden van dinsdag t/m zaterdag door de brievenbus bezorgd.

Normaal is het binnen 1 dag geleverd. Door drukte op bepaalde dagen kan dit maximaal 2 dagen duren. Voor bestellingen naar het buitenland kan dit tot 3 dagen duren.

Alle bestellingen passen door de brievenbus dus u hoeft er niet speciaal voor thuis te blijven.

U heeft het recht uw bestelling tot 30 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te annuleren. U heeft na annulering 30 dagen om uw product retour te sturen.

De retourlabel kunt u zelf uitprinten of gemakkelijk laten uitprinten bij een PostNL punt.

3.Geef uw retour af bij een PostNL Pakketpunt bij u in de buurt!

4. Binnen 4-7 dagen ontvangt u het orderbedrag.

How can I use elastic laces?

In our manual you will find the step-by-step plan to correctly install elastic laces in your shoes. Every order also receives a physical manual, so you don't have to worry about this!

What is the length of one elastic lace?

Each elastic lace is 100 cm long. This is long enough, because you don't have to tie a bow. You even cut a piece off, so that 100 cm is more than enough.

Why are untied laces better than regular laces with a tie?

Laces without ties have become so popular in recent years for a reason. The benefits it brings are endless, to name a few: Saving time, money and a lot of hassle, always comfortable in your shoes, even while walking and a nicer look of your shoes without unsightly long loops.

When will my order be delivered?

If you order before 4:00 PM , your order will be delivered the next day , orders are not delivered on Sundays and Mondays. Orders outside the Netherlands may differ from the above information. In some cases, orders within the Netherlands may also deviate from the delivery promise because our transport partner PostNL can deliver the orders a day later on some days due to busy times or certain circumstances. How can I return an order

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have 30 days after cancellation to return your product.
