Hoe wordt mijn pakket geleverd?
Kleine producten, zoals elastische veters, worden meestal als brievenbuspost verzonden. Je hoeft hiervoor niet thuis te blijven. Bij grotere zendingen of combinaties van meerdere producten wordt het pakket bezorgd zoals een standaard pakket, inclusief track & trace voor eenvoudige opvolging.
Retourneren & Garantie
Wat als mijn bestelling niet naar wens is? Kan ik retourneren?
We hanteren een retourrecht van 60 dagen. Ben je niet tevreden, dan kun je het product binnen deze termijn retourneren. Neem contact op met onze klantenservice om het retourproces te starten.

Momenteel bieden we geen standaard cadeaubonnen aan. Neem gerust contact met ons op via e-mail als je een speciale cadeaubon wilt regelen. We denken graag met je mee.

Capsule
1. Thread the elastic laces into your shoes.
2. Open the capsule and position. Place it with the opening towards the end of the lace and then tie a knot at the desired length.
3. Put on the shoe and determine the perfect length. Check if the fit is comfortable. If so, mark where you will cut the lace to determine the perfect size.
4. Pull the capsule towards the shoe, secure the knot, and cut away the excess lace. One twist and you're done. It's that simple. Go for it, your shoes will now fit perfectly without any hassle.

Clip
1. Thread the elastic laces into your shoes, ends facing inwards. This way everything stays neatly inside the shoe.
2. Put the clip in place. Make sure the teeth are facing the opening of the shoe.
3. Pull the lace through the other opening of the clip and pull it tight. This ensures that the clip remains firmly against the inside of your shoe.
4. Attach the lace to the slot and trim off the excess. This will keep the lace secure and give you a sleek look without the added length. Tada! Hide the clips for an invisible finish. Simplicity, ease, and your shoes will look fantastic.

Magneet
1. Thread the elastic laces into your shoes.
2. Measure and cut the lace to size. Be careful not to cut it too short; you don't want your shoes to be too tight.
3. Slide the lace into the magnet. Just put it in, very easy.
4. Attach the lace to the magnetic closure. Thread the lace through the opening and click it shut with the teeth. A child could do the laundry. Click them together and voilà, you're ready to go. No more hassle.

Lock

Rijg de veter in de schoen en steek de uiteinden door de gaatjes van de lock. Trek strak.
2. Bepaal de juiste lengte en knip overtollig veter weg.
3. Klem de uiteinden in de lock.
4. Trek de sluiting nogmaals aan. Klaar.
Luxe lock
1. Rijg de veter in de schoen en steek de uiteinden door de gaatjes.
2. Steek de veters door de capsules en maak een knoop.
3. Knip het overtollige deel weg.
4. Schuif de capsules over de knoop en trek aan. Klaar.
Haak
1. Rijg de veters in de schoen.
2. Bepaal de juiste lengte en knip overtollig veter weg.
3. Bevestig de haakjes aan de uiteinden.
4. Haak ze aan elkaar. Klaar.
Steentjes
1. Steek de veters door de steentjes.
2. Maak een knoop.
3. Knip het overtollige deel weg.
4. Schuif de steentjes over de knoop. Klaar.
