For products in stock: 2-3 business days.
For other products: 5-8 business days.

How is my package delivered?
Small products, such as elastic laces, are usually sent as mailbox post. You don’t need to stay home for this delivery. For larger shipments or combinations of multiple products, the package will be delivered as a standard parcel, including track & trace for easy tracking.
Returns & Warranty
What if my order is not satisfactory? Can I return it?
We offer a 60-day return policy. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product within this period. Please contact our customer service to start the return process.
Are there warranty conditions?
Of course! If a product does not function properly, we will provide a replacement. Contact us via our customer service so we can assist you immediately.
